Agree w/this . Having credible evidence of AVXL MOA efficacy is critical to what happens next. Consider that the AMYLOID PLAQUE thesis has been the AD-CNS -FDA-BP theme song for 3+ decades, what happens when they have to throw dirt on it and finally declare it to be DOA??? SILENCE...sound does not travel in a vacuum...they got (UGATZ...insert some +++++ street gesture here) .

What ever is identied as the AMYLOID replacement is going to be vERY closely scruinized until the proof is overwhelming. Old habits and causes DIE HARD. Right now we may be witnessing the final death throws of AMYLOID...BAHH BYE. (long story)

SOOO... NOW....change happens. It prolly will not be like just throwing a switch. We might see the intial avalanche and then a period of retooling...growth...from despair. This is where a LOOOOOT of RWD will help. True stories of recoveries.... It may take a while to sink in, IMO.
