Kiwi, Jfmcrr, I think that is the way to look at it. Sometimes we forget that the Vascepa arm in R-I still had CV events. We all like to quote the RRR but the ARR doesn't make the results sound as good but drive the point home that there were still plenty of events in the V arm.

But as you say, it may have delayed an event or even made it easier for the body to overcome and survive.
