Maybe they would do a spin off for shares in the new company, but it would be like having very large RS. I do not think that is the best route. But that is why there are security attys. That said, they would have to submit filings to get listed, so why not start with SNDD getting current, then let the fundamentals take the share price upward, then apply for a higher exchange after proving promptness in earnings reports
