Ford shows that OEMs are going #SHOTGUN

Shoot first. Ask questions later. “Just buy lithium!” is the message. And OEM shareholders, governments, OEM customers and the wider community are their target audience. In short, everyone who’ll listen.

Unlike “All politics is domestic!” OEMs like Ford, GM, Stellantis and others are buying time with everyone as the rEVolution evolves and straps them onto an ESG burning platform on an oil rig.

Buying time by entering non-binding “term sheets” or “frameworks” for an agreement; but not a signed “binding agreement”.

Term sheets are like Claytons Agreements. The Agreements you have when you don’t have an Agreement! They buy time with shareholders demanding their OEMs respond to greenwashing, green narratives, #esg #dle #lithium. And they can walk away from DLE hopefuls that turn out to be just derivatives of lithium popularity and name dropping well established neighbouring brine pond lithium producers in the Lithium Triangle of Latin America.

Driven by shareholders demanding OEMs go green, ESG, renewable fuel, anti-fossil fuel, anti-global warming. Anti-EVERYTHING they stood for and represented since #ICE vehicles were invented.

SHOTGUN … Shoot first. Ask questions later. And when you ask the serious hard questions about the technical and economic feasibility and viability of DLE lithium hopefuls scaling up production targets and promising first delivery in 2024 in Atacama Argentina and Salton Sea California - you quickly realise the DLE hype just doesn’t hold water! Literally because there isn’t any in high altitude arid deserts in Argentina, Chile and Bolivia; or Imperial Valley California.

So you WALK and sign a GENUINE binding agreement with $300 million senior-secured debt facility with a GENUINE Australian lithium developer with first class management and BOD.

Something the copies and fakes can only DREAM OF ??
