In this study Ridker did for AMRN , Interleukin-6 had increased by 16% at 12 mths , similar amount at 24 mths and close to 20% by the end of the study .

These changes were only seen in the MO arm .....

"Maybe" V gives a protection against MI (in the future( ...

Median concentrations of IL-6 at baseline were higher among men who subsequently had an MI than among those who did not (1.81 versus 1. 46 pg/mL; P=0.002).
