Hello Davisa and welcome home! Just a quick note concerning our little company. At the first ASM I attended some three years ago I spoke with Dr Lebby as we exited the Lab. I asked him about the possibility of Lightwave being bought out by some larger company.....how would he feel about that? He made it clear to me that he would be deadset against that proposition. I asked why and he said basically that he wants our company name to be one of the great companies in this field kind of how Amazon, Google or Micrsoft are known in their fields.
I thought at the time that this plan was somewhat grandiose but after what has (and is) occurring to Lightwave....the possibility of that happening gets stronger by the day. If all the stars line up as we all hope they do, I can see this happening w/i five years.
