Alm, I think #2 is the least likely. 3 or 4 most likely (I would prefer #4), but if he is blocked from those options, then he just may throw in the towel.

It is worth noting when speaking about undervalued, that when Denner first purchased Amarin shares, they were basically at break-even profit wise. Of course since then, more money towards the EU and scripts falling sharply over that year so maybe not more undervalued - still undervalued but maybe not more as the state of affairs are a bit worse.

What is hard to know or figure is the EU. If all the countries approve reimbursement and quickly (well we know the quickly ain't happening) you would think Denner should be able to quantify a value and get a Eurocentric BP to make an offer.
