HDG, keep in mind the shorts can not vote. I'm not understanding the assumption that Sarissa's current shares voted in 21, are you saying not Sarissa but anyone who owned those shares at the time of last proxy vote?
I would like to know why there were so many broker non- votes???
Denner will retain the best proxy solicitor in the country to get enough votes on his side. Have you ever tried to ignore a hired gun to get out the vote? They are relentless.

(i) +20: “new” individuals (Fair to assume they did not vote “For” and as it less than Sarissa’s 24, fair to assume that Sarissa’s current shares voted in 2021)
