I do think it's possible he does something similar to AMRN that he did with MDCO

"Denner effect":
(i) MDCO has appointed Dr. Alexander Denner to its Board of Directors ... Shares of The Medicines Company were trading higher by around 1 percent mid-Wednesday afternoon. ... February 3, 2016 ($33.62; +0,76)
pps till (ii): app. $29 - 54

(ii) Medicines Co. is restructuring its board, cutting to 7 members from 12. More than half of the smaller slate has ties to activist investor Alex Denner of Sarissa Capital. March 1, 2018 ($33.27; +2,65 ... local peak on 03/13 @ $35.91)
pps till (iii): app. $17 - 40

(iii) last "low" on August 12, 2019: app. $31

(iv) MDCO: $58.65 on November 18, 2019 -> BO effect: $ 83.80 November 25, 2019

So:
a.) It is not a short story and he is before (i) now ... control of the Board is far away
b.) His success (I mean gain control of the Board) will depends on the Co performance (the pps) and I think by EOY23 it will be much higher

Again, it is not about / against Denner, but I do not build expectation, investment based on "these".

Best,
G
