(i) US had $200+ M profit* in 2021 (*contribution margin, defined as U.S. gross profit less U.S. sales and marketing-related expenses)
(ii) $30 million reduction in annual marketing expenses. to maintain positive contribution margin
(iii) the June actions (including a comprehensive cost and organizational restructuring plan to address current shifts within the Company’s U.S. business) will reduce operating costs by approximately $100 million* over the next 12 months and enable Amarin to maintain a positive contribution margin in the U.S (*net $90 million inc. approximately $10.0 million in charges related to the CRP)
