ORBAPU, Be careful, per 6/3/2022 13D filing, Denner/Sarrisa will behave like "predatory" fund (trading and hedging any way they can to make $$ from AMRN) and no more taking the punch by just BUYING & HOLD. See my previous reply to dogn's post below

dogn I'm 110% in agreement with your quote below.
Quote:
As I posted earlier, "I do not find anything that would prevent even Denner from lowering his effective cost-basis by "day trading", selling options, and even short-selling. If short amount is less than 1% and covered, rinse and repeat, profiting from volatility. No expert here, but I don't see anywhere in regulations that any closed position realized gains need to be reported by 13D holders." and "couldn't Denner simply maintain his long position without selling or adding, using "churn" to lower "effective" cost basis in ways not resulting in any net change in shares and thus not requiring reporting?"

Denner will do no more buy and hold per his filing. He'll do TRADING AMRN any way he can to lower his overall cost and actually may make some $$$ before anything could happen to AMRN his way. We'll see!
