seven (7) FORM 4's for 661,459 FREE RSU to BOD members. LE is not going anywhere he just gets himself another 93,750 FREE SHARES

I do not say I did not do anything free of charge ... but not for a corporation. It is is (part of) their compensation. Nothing wrong with it.

Last year, AMRN BOD took 4M+ RSU shares that costs ARMN about $13M+ REAL MONEY (using the low average $3.25/share for 2021).

No idea how you came to 4M+ but one thing is sure it cost $0M REAL MONEY. FYI These shares were not bought on open market but issued by the company.
