1. Why would Banks close accounts.... suddenly, if there was Insignificant funds in the accounts?

2. Are the accounts frozen?
W/O which he can't open them in some other bank. Amount we're talking about?

3. Why.is the OTC not updating the status of $USEI?
This has NOTHING to do with the bank accounts.

Someday who's in contact with Tony... should ask him these questions.
