Look at the .0005 bid time stamp and sells at .0003 after that bid went up. Looks like some one is playing games to scare bidders away and trying to draw down the ask. But the float is locked up... And the stock is still a CE... So either MM-GTSM is desperate for shares playing games, or the market is loosing its mind today (JP Morgan stuff going on today shuffling about 36 Billion dollars of stock funds ina reset today, but that should not be affecting NDTP imo?
