Depends on whether they would choose 2(a), 2(b), or 2(c).

It's all deeply hypothetical, and is probably all moot; because of the way they structured the pref shares, they would need to get a bunch of common shareholders to support an R/S - very unlikely to happen, especially if it's being done to free up shares to further dilute current shareholders.
