I am open to suggestion how you think they are going to open their own facility with the limited assets they have to raise capital?

.yeah right, a .0016 pink co is going to r/s to raise 10ml

1000 to one RS at 0.0016 will equal a share price of a $1.6 with 1,575.576 OS

They would only need to sell 6,250,000 to 15,000,000 shares to raise 10 million.(depending where the stock would settle after a RS).

If they didn't reduce the AS they would have over a1,950,000,000 to operate with going forward.
