This is just the result of the PROXY VOTE and I was wondering how long it would take to AWARD these goodies which had to be confirmed by the reviewing group....btw, it's perfectly LEGAL to have this occur as far as the timing is concerned and might just be before news of importance.

I did think an 8K would be issued and not just form 4s

Let's hope this is the case.
