Because it sounds a lot like the same bogus promises he began posting in May 2021 on a stock he owns and continued into 2022.






Anyone care to hazard a guess what happened? Did his SEC attorney (their second) bring the stock current?

Naw - the stock went Expert Market. And so did XFCI. And so did SDNI.

But that first lie caused a MASSIVE (but brief) surge in price and volume (aka an illegal pump).


Before someone asks what that has to do with S.B.S., cool your jets. That massive surge caused by false information is not unlike the one here in the last 2 weeks of 2021.

it's an EXAMPLE how penny stocks should NEVER be taken at their word.

It appears to me that shareholders have been doing exactly that with everything Danny-boy has said, and he's been playing them all year while the stock plunged 80%.
