There was no induction therapy . These refractory patients were taken with the meds they were already on including their steroid dose .
Being refractory means they hadn't responded appropriately to their existing meds ..including the steroids .
Why do you think they would start responding more to the steroids while in the trial ...especially since the steroid dose was cut in half during the 24 wks.

There are limitations to KZR's data vs AUPH's AURORA trial
KZR's was a small P 2 open label with refractory patients
AUPH's was P3 double blinded and larger in the general LN population

KZR will need to run a P3 trial similar to AURORA for a true apples to apples comparison ...
