This panel discussion will engage panelists and audience on a vibrant conversation. The focus will be the need for hybrid integration addressing the volume production of 3D and 2.5 integrated electronic and photonic integrated circuits based on Silicon Photonics, III-V, polymer, LiNb and/or Silicon Nitride. Let’s discuss with the audience the ambitions of current roadmaps. Is there a the need for a hybrid PIC foundry collaborative effort? If so, how do we organize it?
