Judge, take a look from this perspective ( I've ignored the 39 cents low as that was an anomaly. Perhaps not the traditional way of drawing the chart but I used the trendline high immediately following the lowest low (59 cents) and we haven't been below that except for 39 cents).

I'm not as pessimistic (as usual lol) and feel we will get a resolution of this huge wedge soon as it's nearing the apex.
