Answer: NO.

If you would have said "Did the OTS seize WMB and assign the FDIC as receiver who in turn sold most of the WMB Assets and some of their Liabilities to JPM?" I would have answered "Yes"

Now, you answer my question and tell me why a company that had $86B in assets would declare bankruptcy.
