Problem is the cost … currently AUPH charges health providers over $60,000 a yr

I think it's fair to assume (and I do) that management did significant analysis, no doubt with input from all sorts of experts on setting the price. Somewhere there's a line where profits and salability are optimally balanced.
If they have not achieved that balance, they can (and will) come up with a remedy.
