Yep…I can only suggest re-examining the “ terms and conditions “ in being a “ QUALIFIED “ bidder…Like 4 years now…those were the “ terms and conditions “..There were no amendments regarding cancellation of the shares…so the prior appears to be enforce consistent with the “ terms and conditions “ in being a “Qualified “ bidder…You seem to struggle in the application of the language…So PLEASE re-examine the “ terms and conditions “ set forth…for the sake of this board…
