What are you saying? Bidders HAD to bid on equity even if they didn't want to and literally even if they presented a SIGNED deal presenting otherwise?

You just wanted that old version better and continue to claim it occurred even though it quite literally did not?

Why would anyone believe or accept anything that wasn't presented in signed definitive documentation?
