It's curious to me that Merk even initiated a combo trial with Optune. The treatment schedule for undergoing Optune therapy is my description of pure nightmarish hell. Ketruda definitely needs a lot of help. It's barely activating It's total potential market ~ 25% response. 75% waiting. That's a lot, a lot, a lot, of revenue being missed. I suppose they have enough cash on hand ' and they do - to try every way possible to increase Ketruda's response rate and/or effectiveness. Understanding the science/biology behind dcvax, I don't see why they even try something other than dcvax, but again when floating on a sea of cash.. I just wonder if they are playing games with NWBO seeing we are still getting hit by the hedge fund manipulation. I don't think Merk is active in any market manipulation, at least not as a company policy, there may be some loose cannons rolling around in that huge company playing games. The question is - Has Merk made an effort? An effort that was deemed too low? An effort waiting on futher validation? Maybe the Flaskworks approval? I will once again restate what our CEO once said, look I don't remember which presentation or QnA session, but I remember the conviction sounding in her words as she said them, paraphrasing here-, "We WILL NOT seek approval until and unless we have the manufacturing capacity to meet the anticipated demand.", no Dendron here! It was many years ago, but I remember these words. I think Flaskworks approval is the key that will break everything wide open. Im sure everything is running parallel down the regulatory path, but I also think the company is waiting on automated manufacturing for commercial - beyond the manually manufacturing meeting the "Specials" allowed in the UK.
