Daniel, at my age and condition I'd be lucky to swim 100 yds. at the temperature of the lake, it's beautiful there, but when I go in it's just for a couple minutes and I haven't done that in years. I loved it on a Waverunner on a warm day, I do wear a life jacket but have never fallen in.

We took a look at an open house that had tremendous views of the lake and could be divided into 4 distinct rental units. At $5 million it probably would do okay on rentals, but I need NWBO to be bought out or trading for somewhere in the $30's to buy it for cash and give me some spending money, I don't want any more mortgage payments ever again, I'm down to only one, at one time I had over 20 I made in a small partnership, all of those houses are gone.

Once NWBO reaches $10 or more I'll probably opt for a small boat up here purely out of petty cash.

For those who've never been to Tahoe, I highly recommend it, but this trip, unfortunately, the tables at the Hyatt have been as cold as the lake. I'll take my last shot at craps before we leave on Monday, all I'd like is someone holding the dice for 20 minutes or so, that would eliminate all the losses. I'm not a big gambler, NWBO up a cent makes me far more than I've lost.

By the way, I just heard that the Hyatt, which is the only hotel in Incline Village where we have our home and rental property is getting $700 a night for rooms. If you're coming, best to rent a home with lots of people. I can remember when rooms there went for under $100. Of course if NWBO hits double digits, who cares.

Gary
