Does TPG still hold it’s almost 50% interest in equity? Or they have sold their interests to JPM?
As Rosen’s announcements in court caused retailers to sell out most shares at very cheap price, if some hedge funds accumulated those shares at bottom to cover their shorts and/or hold the seats at equity committee, do we have chance to win still?
