Bob,

What you say is true, but at some point can you blame the company for changing it's mind when Journal's continue to delay publication. Certainly the company, and Dr. Liau, know what more the Journal wants, but it just may be out of their hands to deliver it. If the Journal is insisting on finalized regulations being issued by the FDA to document what they've already said in Annuls of Oncology, no one can make that happen. The FDA moves at their own pace, I believe they could take 6 months to determine how to make 4 minute eggs.

I have no idea if this is what's actually holding up the Journal, I don't believe we'll ever learn what's causing the delays. One day the Journal will be out, then we'll learn what's in it, but not why it's taking so long.

As I see it, with peer review having occurred in the U.K. this week, the company should be free to discuss the peer reviewed material, and they should be free to end their quiet period, issue the TLD Statement, and announce their Annual Meeting and proxy. They may not be free to discuss additional information that's contained in the unissued Journal, but not in the U.K. presentation, but they should be free to discuss what's now available to the public and has been peer reviewed.

What will they do? No telling, if they still believe the Journal's just a matter of days, they might do nothing until it's out. If they really don't know, I believe they'll at minimum announce the Annual Meeting and announce sufficient information to obtain a positive vote on issues on the proxy, most importantly authorizing more shares. A week from today we're into July, I really don't believe we'll have nearly as many questions by the end of July, perhaps much sooner.
