With the announcement that they have filed with one or more of the regulators I'm sure our price will be substantially higher. It should be higher as soon as we're out of the quiet period and investors are updated on the progress being made by the company whether we've filed with a regulator by then, or not.

Most here believe that the U.K. will be first to approve, I can't say whether the company will file with all the regulators at the same time, or if they'll do one at a time, but the U.K. is likely to be first to approve. I'm still of the belief that the U.S. FDA may insist on approval of the FlaskWorks units and the inspection of a facility with sufficient units to meet initial demands before approval. Of course if CRL demonstrated that they had sufficient clean room capability to meet initial demand the FDA would probably accept it, but we're talking a lot of clean rooms.

FlaskWorks certainly has to be considered the future, whether it's months or over a year away, it's where the bulk of the production will be as soon as it's accepted. I'm uncertain if all 4 regulators will jointly approve the FlaskWorks Unit, or if they'll evaluate it separately. I have a feeling the regulators are working together, but I don't know that to be the fact, nor do I know if they'll ever confirm it until we actually gain approval.

It's still my belief that once most of the anticipated news is out we'll be at $4 or more setting us up to meet the requirements for upgrading to a major exchange. If that fails to be true, say we go to the $2 to $3 range, then the question could be, are investors better served by waiting for the $4 or more which regulatory approval should bring, or would a small, say 2 for 3 or no bigger than 1 for 2 reverse split be worthwhile to save time in moving to a major exchange. Personally, I believe if a reverse split will only save a matter of months in upgrading to a major exchange, it's negative connotations make it not worth doing. If it saves a year or more, it would be worthy of consideration.

The only way that bankruptcy would ever be a consideration is if the vaccine clearly failed, we already know that's not the case. Sawston provides sufficient capacity for at least the U.K., and perhaps all of Europe to approve utilizing cleanrooms until the FlaskWorks unit is available, so that will be happening regardless. Canada could very well be served by cleanrooms that CRL has and grant approval on that basis. Revenue as well as share price will grow dramatically on these approvals, going BK simply can't be in the cards.
