It may have been well over a year ago, but the company has said what they intended to do and all indications are they're doing it. They will end the quiet period at the time of their choice, in that the appearance in the U.K. should constitute peer review, they could do it now, or continue on the basis of their guidance to wait for the Journal. Either way, I don't believe we'll go into another Annual Meeting in a quiet period.

Will it be next week, next month, or a couple months, I don't know, but I don't believe it will be longer than that.

If you had money to invest and you felt sure that good news was coming in the next 90 days, would you get in or add, or get out because it's been so long. I believe most who look at this with fresh eyes would invest what they can comfortably at this time.
