Please explain how it's a violation of PLA agreement if there's no way to do the accounting of LQMT's cut? No where in PLA is a maze company required to refuse to fill a po for parts if purchaser doesn't agree to give an accounting of where the parts end up. A maze company will fill the po without question, and then to comply with PLA, will ask purchaser to reveal global distribution. Most purchasers will refuse and then it's end of story. Moreover, TC isn't going to take his boss to court even if he had the resources to do so. Would a USA court even have jurisdiction? Would LQMT even have standing in a Chinese court? Such litigation would take years. TC needs to focus on LQMT sales, not waste time he doesn't have chasing rainbows.
