I don't disagree with your cogent analysis, BAM, other than the implication that it is exclusively JT's fault. As the CEO he had to have relied upon Kennedy and Covington in making the litigation decisions. Hence, there were multiple bad actors, inclusive of the JT, the BOD, and the lawyers, as well as the courts and the generics, who all substantially contributed to the destruction of the Amarin stock price through an unholy combination of arrogance, hubris, stupidity, and other misconduct.
