WRONG: So to say that the o/s shares will remain at that low count is stupid - co needs money and they raise th’ issuing shares.

an additional 20 million shares issued at $200 share is $4 billion....plenty of $$$.

But what you are forgetting is that a Partnership could easily have a $1-2 billion upfront payment for alz. CAsh paid to play, not shares. So actual dilution to get to $4 billion would be half that.

And that assumes you need $4 billion up front, in fact what might be needed is vastly less, as cash flow from sales will fund the buildout into other products.
