Yes, I don't think that was malice or anything intentionally negative. I just think he is not as familiar with the rapidly evolving regulatory changes. And NICE is about payments, so if patients live longer both with newly diagnosed and recurrent GBM, and this is affordable, and there have been 400+ previous trials, and this is a rare disease / orphan disease - do I think they will withhold this from patients? I think that's a stretch. But I think he's just reacting off the cuff.
