Great Henry!
Anyone who hasn't yet realized what Henry is up to can't be helped. The contacts Henry has had for a long time with the government in Vietnam, with U.S. authorities and with major investors worldwide are paying off immensely.
So does the cooperation reported today. That's a wonderful fit. 5G has the patents to grow sorghum in Kansas and Texas.
From 8-k dated 01/22-22:

The company also has patented technology for growing red sorghum for baiju production. The patented grain ensures excellent yield and quality. "The deal with 5 Grain, you know, at this point it's not realistic to buy 70% of this company, and we've discussed with them and changed the transaction and don't have to take a majority stake in the company. We came up with a plan that will be much better for both sides, especially for us. We will build a distillery with material from California and the U.S. and also use sorghum from Kansas and Texas and distill it ourselves."

Yes, it is all taking much longer than we would like.
But I am patient and now hope that we will hear something very soon about VF's audited financials.
As I have clearly said a few times, everything depends on VF's audited financials, including the billion dollar loans that are still outstanding.
KOTA however needs can probably get up and running without the VF numbers. That would also mean:
VF and KOTA alone provides so much momentum that PHIL (PHIG) can very
very quickly at least at 5 to 10 cents.
Not even thinking about when the billion dollar loans run and everything around Vietnam (ADE etc) how fast PHIL will be quoted in dollars.
And many will be left laughing and thankful to Henry!
