To me it looks inconsistent to assert that the pps is ridiculously low and that the way forward is to buy dips. The implication of the latter is that this stock is not worth buying if there is no dip. The way forward is to buy outside of the dips because the price is so low. You cannot expect to see many buyers if investors get the imression that this stock is only worth buying on dips. The latter attitude seems to me to be a recipe for low buying interest and low volume.
