You may be right PM, but I get the sense that he does know what they intend to do, but often no one know all the things that prevent things from happening in the time they expect them to.

Frankly the same thing is true of nearly every other biotech I've ever been involved with, things always take longer than anticipated. Most other companies aren't that different either.
