Spec, the only thing I can think of on the #8 is the sulfur specs in fuels being continuously slashed. The process of removing sulfur in a refinery has a high energy cost and the existing processes that are used to remove sulfur are no longer adequate to meet these specs. So current refiners are ha ing to spend millions on projects to revamp current equipment and countless $$ in energy to get this achieved. Likewise, new refiners cost of the additional equipment and technology to keep up is very hard. I’m your process guy!!
