I agree completely with what you're saying, what I'm suggesting is that I'm not sure that in other cancers a similar reaction didn't occur but was never detected, i.e. progression was really pseudoprogression, but never determined to be.

I know in the past some other vaccines have been tried and failed, perhaps some prior failures were misjudged.
