Could be or simply trying to temper expectations. Wall Street never wants surprises to the downside or share price gets obliterated.

Since Musk announced today mid-2023 production launch of Cybertruck this is latest we have and wouldn’t assume earlier, but probably later, if anything since it’s already been pushed back several times. Design is finally locked down and good solid step in right direction.
