Could be. But I have watched SP of bios get suffocated on purpose for this very reason. That’s my main concern at this point in time. NW bio needs money, and fast. More diluted shares means lower SP. This game is cut-throat and while I don’t agree with it, it happens. If NW Bio had $250 million in cash I would almost guarantee the SP would be well over $10. Small fish/ Big pond. Cash on hand is leverage. Nw Bio has none.
