If they are not desperate with regard to immediately needing to authorize more shares, if they have other options, they can always delay the kind of vote you suggest and do it at any time. Companies don’t only have the choice of such measures at an ASM.

Correct. And NWBO did exactly that back in 2018 when they held the ASM w/o voting on new shares then had a vote a few months later for additional shares.

Whatever one thinks of LP, she certainly has some dance moves on this subject. I would never say I am sure what her game plan is.
