Yes, patents serve an important part in protecting your intellectual property but they do not validate if a drug works or if it will be approved or if it will even sell.

As I have been consistently and CORRECTLY stating for years now, patents are worthless unless you have a product that is SELLING.

If patents alone were worth something, RGBP pps would NOT be selling for .0036/sh.

It's not hard to understand unless one truly doesn't understand how this all works and by the looks of it, many don't.
