You must wear the device continuously for at least one week; better yet just leave on and just wear it. SAI has a beautiful shoulder attachment that will make it so easy with no excuses now.

Most peeps just don't understand this point that it must be continuously used because CNS needs to untrain AND it takes time to heal with new blood supply via angiogenesis.
