Drew them in to dump at a higher PPS, is what they do.
If they hadn't been walking it up the last couple of sessions, they would have been selling in the 40's and maybe the 30's IMO.

True Long: I don't have the time to be active, or I screwed up.
Nothing honorable about holding a stock you think will fall.
