If Henry has already got entities to buy back 30 billion of float that means that he has told these entities he would pay them for each share (I do not know) but let us assume 1 penny the lower the entities can get the SP to go the more money guaranteed they will make. And these entities are not poor at all they have a lot of money so they would know how to get the SP lower until the loans come through. I would love to have a guarantee in the stock market and they have such guarantee
