"Over the Counter markets shouldn't carry or be compared to the Valuations of Major Indices"

That statement makes no sense. If you don't think "valuations" have any purpose, what do you base your "opinion" on? If there is no standard for comparison...then anybodies "valuation" is just whatever they arbitrarily say it is.
"I" think a company with $25M in revenue and millions in net worth(even if take away intangibles) is worth a MC of $20B.but tomorrow, since its Tuesday, its only worth $16,5437.72.

OTC marketplace seems to have no problem with it.

"The PE ratio is a simple way to assess whether a stock is over or under valued and is the most widely used valuation measure. OTC Markets Group PE ratio as of June 17, 2022 is 23.25"
That a cross mixture of mostly QX and QB.

BTW, that would put SFIO at close to 15 cents per share. AND, in normal markets, OTC pinks trade at higher PE & PS.

I will say it AGAIN, and put it in the form of a question.
"Where are the rules that says ANY NEW company has to reinvent the wheel to be successful?".

I don't proclaim to understand the science behind the "freezing" system nor just how hard it is to do. But if I helps keep product viable for longer than the standard day Dunkin etc have...THAT IS a substantial new ability their competitors don't seem to have developed.

The argument that its too hard to survive in the big bad world of competitive industries is kind of absurd. Look here at companies like Dutch Bros or Bigby coffee. Can you imagine if they said "You know, Dunkin and Starbucks are so big and so prominate..whats the point of trying our little operations?"
Nobody would start any new company!!!

As far as investors looking to exit? Of course some will exit, ESPECIALLY IN CURRENT MARKET CONDITIONS. SFIOs price and "selloff" is no more or less unique than the other 99% of the OTC. Have their prices collapsed for some reason OTHER THAN....more sellers than buyers.

Ultimately, it doesn't matter how many shares Satan himself has and may be dupping...as long as no new shares are created(have not to any degree since merger)...Value comes down to those pesky valuations like PE, PS etc......AND PATIENCE.
I was told to dump Ebay for almost two years as it dumped....many wished they had waited!!!
