Reviewing the year is kind of important. Especially when faux promoters have been cheerleading this to 1/10th the Price of a year ago. "Milk Toast" Companies in Shell situations in Over the Counter markets shouldn't carry or be compared to the Valuations of Major Indices. The business model/structure still has a lot to work out. No Brand, No Intellectual Property, No Patents, No real major market. Hurdles ahead are: Straighten out the suspect Financials, How do you enter Markets with huge Barriers? What do you do with a Share Structure that now has Millions that are looking to exit? I get it there is a stubbornness to take a loss, However that is not a reason to invest any funds into "Milk Toast" Market Cap should be sub $5million for fair risk/reward, with the hurdles that exist here....
