What you are saying about the cancelled shares coming so "cheap" is ridiculous. There are thousands of tickers riddled all across the OTC with BILLIONS of shares outstanding, it's a detriment to those stocks. SO if it were so "CHEAP" as you like to put it to cancel BILLIONS of shares why don't all the bloated tickers do it? It's a crock of BS, it did not come cheap. Deep pockets involved here and that is a damn FACT!
